You guys know what I am talking about. I am sure many of you have used the always-handy excuse of "I can't go the game is on," when someone is bugging you to go somewhere, or the wife wants to pressure you into taking her shopping. When you sit down for the day on your couch or sofa, nothing else is of higher importance to you than turning on the TV straight to ESPN to see what the day of sports had to offer. Top 10 plays, Web Gems, Fantasy Sports breakdown; we all live for it. When you click on your internet browser, the first page coming up is undoubtedly a sports site because you need to keep up with all of your fantasy teams and games. All through the day you are thinking about the big game coming up later that night and maybe you want to get something off of your chest about something a coach has done, or how a player has performed. You proceed to come right here to CBSSports and let others hear you out, and can't wait to see what others have to say about what has been on your mind. You think Bracketology should be a course offered in college and something you could get a degree for. (for you March Madness fanatics) Ticketmaster only serves one purpose, to get your seats for a game you can't wait to go to. When you get to that game it always feels like it's the first time you have gone, it never gets old. As long as you have your sports fix you are content with life. Now finish reading this blog I have written and go let the sporting world know what you think. If you are a sports addict, you will have enjoyed this article and realize that it's pretty much describing your life, and how much sports really mean to you.

What being a sports addict is all about

Anything remotely related to the NFL Draft, I am all over it, and I talk draft 365, 24/7, even Holidays. I would rather read a mock, 4 months before the draft, than to open up a crappy gift that I hope and pray includes a gift reciept. Basically the draft is my Christmas and actually rivals the Super Bowl for me.

Steeler related, 24/7 365 a year. Don't give a crap about the NBA and Hockey, & baseball only amuses me for anbout a month, although I don't mind playing fantasy baseball because I have no emotional ties to any team. I can't play Fantasy Football because I can't ever root for anyone to have a good game against my Steelers.
